Working for The Redhill Trust

The Redhill Trust provides staff with outstanding opportunities to contribute to both the local school and the wider Trust. We are a small, local Trust for local people.

Most staff spend the majority, if not all of their time, based at the individual school. However, opportunities exist for staff to meet colleagues from other schools within the Trust and Teaching Alliance on a regular basis. Many staff working outside of the classroom also work with colleagues from other schools, in helping to develop common systems and share ideas and strategies that benefit us all.
