Why did they want to be a Governor at The Oakwood Academy?
I wanted to use the business and leadership skills I've developed in over 20 years working in senior finance positions to benefit the community in which I live. I feel passionate that young people today deserve the best possible education to prepare them for their working careers and lives in general and wanted to assist with this in any way I can.

What specific skills and expertise does this Governor bring to The Oakwood Academy?
Having worked in senior finance positions for a variety of companies, I bring significant business, commercial and financial expertise as well as the ability to process information quickly, provide challenge and facilitate strong decision making. This will help ensure the Academy can achieve the high standards it expects in providing a comprehensive and fulfilling education for its students.
