Chocolatier

A chocolatier is a chef who specialises in chocolate. They craft chocolate into truffles and bars, creating all sorts of shapes, colours, decorations and textures.​

As a chocolatier, job duties include processing cocoa beans, tempering chocolate, moulding chocolate, and storing chocolate properly. They create a variety of chocolate confections, such as chocolate truffles, bonbons, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more.​
